Vladimir Putin announced on Tuesday morning that Russia has registered the world's first vaccine against coronavirus. He says the dose is effective in forming immunity against the deadly pathogen which has spread globally.

“As far as I know, a vaccine against the coronavirus infection has been registered this morning (in Russia) for the first time in the world,” the President told members of the government. “I thank everyone who worked on the vaccine – it’s a very important moment for the whole world.

Putin insisted that vaccination in Russia should only be carried out on a voluntary basis, with nobody forced to accept immunization.

He also revealed that one of his daughters has already been vaccinated.

"I know that it works rather effectively, forms a stable immunity, and, I repeat, it passed all the necessary inspections," the president added.

With more than 700,000 deaths attributed to the pandemic and over 20 million official cases internationally, the entire planet is desperate for a solution to the Covid-19 crisis, which has also devastated the global economy.

Putin asked Health Minister Mikhail Murashko to provide more detailed information about the plans for immunization. He said it is hoped that the Russian vaccine will go into general circulation by January, but in the meantime medical workers and teachers will be given priority.

"We will begin the stage-by-stage civilian use of the vaccine. First and foremost, we would like to offer vaccination to those who come into contact with infected persons at work. These are medical workers. And also those who are responsible for children’s health – teachers," the minister said.

Last week, the health minister stated that initial clinical trials of the vaccine developed by the Gamelei Research Center in Moscow had been completed.

Eyebrows have been raised at the speed of the Russian development process, particularly in the West, where countries such as the US and Britain are working on their own solutions. On Monday, Bloomberg reported that the Association of Clinical Trials Organizations has written a letter to Murashko warning that civilian immunization before clinical trials are complete could endanger people.

“Why are all corporations following the rules, but Russian ones aren’t? The rules for conducting clinical trials are written in blood. They can’t be violated,” ACTO Executive Director Svetlana Zavidova told the American news outlet. “This is a Pandora’s Box and we don’t know what will happen to people injected with an unproven vaccine.”

However, Vadim Tarasov, a top scientist at Moscow’s Sechenov University, where the trials took place said the country had a head start as it has spent the last 20 years developing skills in this field and trying to understand how viruses transmit.

The technology behind the Russian vaccine is based upon adenovirus, the common cold. Created artificially, the vaccine proteins replicate those of Covid-19 and trigger "an immune response similar to that caused by the coronavirus itself," Tarasov revealed.

Nikolay Briko, the Russian Health Ministry’s chief non-resident epidemiologist, echoed these sentiments on Tuesday."This vaccine wasn’t developed from scratch, the Gamelei Research Center had a serious, significant research base on vaccines," he told news agency TASS. 

"The technology of developing such a vaccine was perfected. So perhaps, the process was sped up due to the fact that the vaccine was not created from scratch. It is important that all stages [of vaccine research] are followed and that international requirements are adhered to."

Dr. Anthony Fauci, whose “expert” advice to President Trump has resulted in the complete shutdown of the greatest economic engine in world history, has known since 2005 that chloroquine is an effective inhibitor of coronaviruses.

How did he know this?

Because of research done by the National Institutes of Health, of which he is the director. In connection with the SARS outbreak – caused by a coronavirus dubbed SARS-CoV – the NIH researched chloroquine and concluded that it was effective at stopping the SARS coronavirus in its tracks. The COVID-19 bug is likewise a coronavirus, labeled SARS-CoV-2. While not exactly the same virus as SARS-CoV-1, it is genetically related to it, and shares 79% of its genome, as the name SARS-CoV-2 implies. They both use the same host cell receptor, which is what viruses use to gain entry to the cell and infect the victim.

The Virology Journal – the official publication of Dr. Fauci’s National Institutes of Health – published what is now a blockbuster article on August 22, 2005, under the heading – get ready for this – “Chloroquine is a potent inhibitor of SARS coronavirus infection and spread.” (Emphasis mine throughout.) Write the researchers, “We report…that chloroquine has strong antiviral effects on SARS-CoV infection of primate cells. These inhibitory effects are observed when the cells are treated with the drug either before or after exposure to the virus, suggesting both prophylactic and therapeutic advantage.”

This means, of course, that Dr. Fauci (pictured at right) has known for 15 years that chloroquine and it’s even milder derivative hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) will not only treat a current case of coronavirus (“therapeutic”) but prevent future cases (“prophylactic”). So HCQ functions as both a cure and a vaccine. In other words, it’s a wonder drug for coronavirus. Said Dr. Fauci’s NIH in 2005, “concentrations of 10 μM completely abolished SARS-CoV infection.” Fauci’s researchers add, “chloroquine can effectively reduce the establishment of infection and spread of SARS-CoV.”

Dr. Didier Raoult, the Anthony Fauci of France, had such spectacular success using HCQ to treat victims of SARS-CoV-2 that he said way back on February 25 that “it’s game over” for coronavirus.

He and a team of researchers reported that the use of HCQ administered with both azithromycin and zinc cured 79 of 80 patients with only “rare and minor” adverse events. “In conclusion,” these researchers write, “we confirm the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine associated with azithromycin in the treatment of COVID-19 and its potential effectiveness in the early impairment of contagiousness.”

The highly-publicized VA study that purported to show HCQ was ineffective showed nothing of the sort. HCQ wasn’t administered until the patients were virtually on their deathbeds when research indicates it should be prescribed as soon as symptoms are apparent. Plus, HCQ was administered without azithromycin and zinc, which form the cocktail that makes it supremely effective. At-risk individuals need to receive the HCQ cocktail at the first sign of symptoms.

But Governor Andrew Cuomo banned the use of HCQ in the entire state of New York on March 6, the Democrat governors of Nevada and Michigan soon followed suit, and by March 28 the whole country was under incarceration-in-place fatwas.

Nothing happened with regard to the use of HCQ in the U.S. until March 20, when President Trump put his foot down and insisted that the FDA consider authorizing HCQ for off-label use to treat SARS-CoV-2.

On March 23, Dr. Vladimir Zelenko reported that he had treated around 500 coronavirus patients with HCQ and had seen an astonishing 100% success rate. That’s not the “anecdotal” evidence Dr. Fauci sneers at, but actual results with real patients in clinical settings.

“Since last Thursday, my team has treated approximately 350 patients in Kiryas Joel and another 150 patients in other areas of New York with the above regimen. Of this group and the information provided to me by affiliated medical teams, we have had ZERO deaths, ZERO hospitalizations, and ZERO intubations. In addition, I have not heard of any negative side effects other than approximately 10% of patients with temporary nausea and diarrhea.”

Said Dr. Zelenko:

“If you scale this nationally, the economy will rebound much quicker. The country will open again. And let me tell you a very important point. This treatment costs about $20. That’s very important because you can scale that nationally. If every treatment costs $20,000, that’s not so good.

All I’m doing is repurposing old, available drugs which we know their safety profiles, and using them in a unique combination in an outpatient setting.”

The questions are disturbing to a spectacular degree.

If Dr. Fauci has known since 2005 of the effectiveness of HCQ, why hasn’t it been administered immediately after people show symptoms, as Dr. Zelenko has done? Maybe then nobody would have died and nobody would have been incarcerated in place except the sick, which is who a quarantine is for in the first place. To paraphrase Jesus, it’s not the symptom-free who need HCQ but the sick. And they need it at the first sign of symptoms.

While the regressive health care establishment wants the HCQ cocktail to only be administered late in the course of the infection, from a medical standpoint, this is stupid. Said one doctor, “As a physician, this baffles me. I can’t think of a single infectious condition — bacterial, fungal, or viral — where the best medical treatment is to delay the use of an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, or anti-viral until the infection is far advanced.”

So why has Dr. Fauci minimized and dismissed HCQ at every turn instead of pushing this thing from jump street? He didn’t even launch clinical trials of HCQ until April 9, by which time 33,000 people had died. READ MORE:

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (https://aapsonline.org) filed a lawsuit against Department of Health and Human Services and the FDA for “irrational interference” by the FDA with timely access to hydroxychloroquine.

Never in history have we seen such a determined effort by the scientific community and pharmaceutical industry to downplay and lie about the use of a successful drug to treat a deadly disease.

Hydroxychloroquine is the first choice in a study of 6,000 doctors treating the coronavirus.  In the field and in independent testing hydroxychloroquine displayed amazing results in treating the COVID-19 virus.

But there was great pushback against hydroxychloroquine for two reasons. The first reason was because it was safe and very inexpensive. The second reason is because Donald Trump promoted its use.

It is not a stretch to say the Democrat establishment would rather see people die than see President Trump be proven right.

 

So the so-called experts went to great lengths to lie and smear the use of this drug as we have discussed previously.

DEADLY COVER UP: Fauci Approved Hydroxychloroquine 15 Years Ago to Cure Coronaviruses; “Nobody Needed to Die”

Dr. Anthony Fauci, whose “expert” advice to President Trump

has resulted in the complete shutdown of the greatest economic engine in world history,

has known since 2005 that chloroquine is an effective inhibitor of coronaviruses.

 

How did he know this? Because of research done by the National Institutes of Health, of which he is the director. In connection with the SARS outbreak – caused by a coronavirus dubbed SARS- CoV – the NIH researched chloroquine and concluded that it was effective at stopping the SARS coronavirus in its tracks. The COVID-19 bug is likewise a coronavirus, labeled SARS-CoV-2. While not exactly the same virus as SARS-CoV-1, it is genetically related to it, and shares 79% of its genome, as the name SARS-CoV-2 implies. They both use the same host cell receptor, which is what viruses use to gain entry to the cell and infect the victim.

The Virology Journal – the official publication of Dr. Fauci’s National Institutes of Health – published what is now a blockbuster article on August 22, 2005, under the heading – get ready for this –

“Chloroquine is a potent inhibitor of SARS coronavirus infection and spread.” (Emphasis mine throughout.) Write the researchers,

“We report…that chloroquine has strong antiviral effects on SARS-CoV infection of primate cells.

These inhibitory effects are observed when the cells are treated with the drug either before or after exposure to the virus, suggesting both prophylactic and therapeutic advantage.”

 

Dr. Anthony FauciThis means, of course, that Dr. Fauci (pictured at right) has known for 15 years that chloroquine and it’s even milder derivative hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) will not only treat a current case of coronavirus (“therapeutic”) but prevent future cases (“prophylactic”). So HCQ functions as both a cure and a vaccine. In other words, it’s a wonder drug for coronavirus.

Said Dr. Fauci’s NIH in 2005, “concentrations of 10 μM completely abolished SARS-CoV infection.”

Fauci’s researchers add, “chloroquine can effectively reduce the establishment of infection and spread of SARS-CoV.”

Dr. Didier Raoult, the Anthony Fauci of France, had such spectacular success using HCQ to treat victims of SARS-CoV-2 that he said way back on February 25 that “it’s game over” for coronavirus.

He and a team of researchers reported that the use of HCQ administered with both azithromycin and zinc cured 79 of 80 patients with only “rare and minor” adverse events. “In conclusion,” these researchers write, “we confirm the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine associated with azithromycin in the treatment of COVID-19 and its potential effectiveness in the early impairment of contagiousness.”

 

The highly-publicized VA study that purported to show HCQ was ineffective showed nothing of the sort. HCQ wasn’t administered until the patients were virtually on their deathbeds when research indicates it should be prescribed as soon as symptoms are apparent. Plus, HCQ was administered without azithromycin and zinc, which form the cocktail that makes it supremely effective. At-risk individuals need to receive the HCQ cocktail at the first sign of symptoms.

But Governor Andrew Cuomo banned the use of HCQ in the entire state of New York on March 6, the Democrat governors of Nevada and Michigan soon followed suit, and by March 28 the whole country was under incarceration-in-place fatwas.

Nothing happened with regard to the use of HCQ in the U.S. until March 20, when President Trump put his foot down and insisted that the FDA consider authorizing HCQ for off-label use to treat SARS-CoV-2.

 

On March 23, Dr. Vladimir Zelenko reported that he had treated around 500 coronavirus patients with HCQ and had seen an astonishing 100% success rate.

That’s not the “anecdotal” evidence Dr. Fauci sneers at, but actual results with real patients in clinical settings.

“Since last Thursday, my team has treated approximately 350 patients in Kiryas Joel and another 150 patients in other areas of New York with the above regimen. Of this group and the information provided to me by affiliated medical teams, we have had ZERO deaths, ZERO hospitalizations, and ZERO intubations. In addition, I have not heard of any negative side effects other than approximately 10% of patients with temporary nausea and diarrhea.”

Said Dr. Zelenko:

“If you scale this nationally, the economy will rebound much quicker. The country will open again. And let me tell you a very important point. This treatment costs about $20.

That’s very important because you can scale that nationally. If every treatment costs $20,000, that’s not so good.

All I’m doing is repurposing old, available drugs which we know their safety profiles, and using them in a unique combination in an outpatient setting.”

 

The questions are disturbing to a spectacular degree. If Dr. Fauci has known since 2005 of the effectiveness of HCQ, why hasn’t it been administered immediately after people show symptoms, as Dr. Zelenko has done?

Maybe then nobody would have died and nobody would have been incarcerated in place except the sick, which is who a quarantine is for in the first place. To paraphrase Jesus, it’s not the symptom-free who need HCQ but the sick. And they need it at the first sign of symptoms.

While the regressive health care establishment wants the HCQ cocktail to only be administered late in the course of the infection, from a medical standpoint, this is stupid. Said one doctor, “As a physician, this baffles me. I can’t think of a single infectious condition — bacterial, fungal, or viral — where the best medical treatment is to delay the use of an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, or anti-viral until the infection is far advanced.”

So why has Dr. Fauci minimized and dismissed HCQ at every turn instead of pushing this thing from jump street? He didn’t even launch clinical trials of HCQ until April 9, by which time 33,000 people had died. READ MORE:

Yale epidemiology professor Dr. Harvey Risch said Tuesday that he believes the President Trump-touted drug, hydroxychloroquine, could save up to 100,000 lives if used properly to treat the coronavirus.

Speaking with Fox News' Laura Ingraham Monday night, Risch insisted that the controversial drug is proven to be effective against the disease and safe for people to use, but lamented that it has become the victim of a "propaganda war."

"It's a political drug now, not a medical drug," Risch said. "I think we are basically fighting a propaganda war against the medical facts, and that colors not just population people, how they think about it, but doctors, as well.

Þingið má bjóða út líka, en hvort mikið fæst fyrir það vitum við ekki, það er orðinn leikskóli fyrir vissa gerð af ágætis fólki undir stjórn Skrifstofustjóra Alþingis.

Ég fór að hugsa betur, og auðvitað er engin vandi að bjóða út þingsætin, ekki síst þegar stjórnmálamenn gefa milljarða til útlendinga ef einhver kallar kolefni.

Kolefnið er lífsloftið sem plönturnar lifa á, og er landið sagt mun grænna nú í dag  en þegar fyrstu myndirnar voru teknar frá gervihnöttum í geimnum.

Akrarnir vaxa mun meira ef  kolefni er nóg í andrúmsloftinu.

Mikið kolefni, þá verður mikið súrefni.

Kolefnið, lífsloftið fyrir plönturnar og þá mun meira sem plönturnar búa til af súrefni fyrir menn og dýr.

Þá er mun meiri matur til. 

Einhversstaðar las ég að nú á síðustu árþúsundum sé komin lægð, skortur á kolefni, lífslofti í andrúmsloftinu.

Öll lög og reglugerðir koma frá leikskólum barna skrifstofustjórana í Brussel, svo spurning er um verkefni.

Þá verður tími til að fara til útlanda með milljarða og gefa vinum sínum sem kalla  mengun. Mengun.

Aftur mengun er lífsloft.

Hver borgar ekki stórfé fyrir slíkt starf.

Allt er búið að selja, jarðeignir, fasteignir og auðlindir svo fáu er hægt að ræna.

Ef einhver skildi vera í vafa um ástandið og vilji ná öllu til Íslands, þá má alltaf fá Trump, Bandaríkjaforseta til að ná öllu til Íslands aftur.

Hann gerir það á 5 mínútum á meðan hann borðar hafragrautinn sinn.

Muna að fara með faðirvorið sitt, á hverju kvöldi, til að skapa ró fyrir innsæis sambandið við Guð, Heilagan Anda og þá kjarnann,  miðjuna, orðin sem sumir nota.

Auðvitað skiljum við ekkert í þessu, við erum ekki en víraðir til að skilja það.

En við skiljum það fljótlega núna eftir 1000 ár skálksins.

Ég ætla ekki að hafa þetta lengra núna.

Trúlega höldum við oft, að við séum réttlátir.

Nú, ekki þurfa heilbrigðir lækningu, heldur hinir sjúku.

Richard P. Bartlett, MD Dear Senator Hall: As a physician with frontline experience wrestling with COVID-19, I would like to share an effective treatment that is both intuitive and evidenced-based; a treatment easily positioned prehospital and rolled out into community settings.

I discovered this treatment as a stopgap measure in order to empirically treat patients and manage their symptoms as the current recommendations from the CDC and WHO have no community-based strategies for COVID-19.

To wit, the current guidelines only engage a course of treatment once symptoms have progressed to hospitalization and, in many occasions, an ICU admission with ventilator care.

To explain this dilemma for Texans more clearly, the current guidelines discourage Texans from seeking any healthcare at all for mild to moderate symptoms; care only commences when Texans’ symptoms are so severe they require critical care and hospitalization.

However, there is an easily deployable pre-hospital community-based treatment for Texans. I administer a common respiratory anti-inflammatory corticosteroid, Budesonide, via a nebulizer directly to the lungs at the first signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and concurrently initiate COVID-19 testing.

My rationale for choosing Budesonide over other corticosteroids is that it appears to block most of the cytokine storm inflammatory chemicals that COVID-19 triggers.

In addition to my discovery, other organizations and nations are reviewing inhaled Budesonide to treat COVID-19. Inhaled Budesonide is currently under study at the NIH and is also undergoing study in France.

Spain and Oxford University have both, individually, announced plans to study inhaled Budesonide as a COVID-19 therapy.

Thus far, 100% of my patients appear to be symptom-free following a course of inhaled Budesonide therapy.

These successful outcomes include Texans who are at the highest risk for a very poor prognosis.

For example, an elderly woman who was my patient had two types of blood cancer and was immunocompromised and undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. She is now COVID-19 recovered with inhaled Budesonide therapy. (Note: To be COVID-19 recovered is defined as symptom-free with two consecutive negative tests.)

Another one of my patients on the critical end of the spectrum included an elderly woman with a 50-year history of smoking, a history of high blood pressure and thyroid disease treatment, and a surgical history of four-vessel cardiac bypass surgery. Following a course of inhaled Budesonide therapy, she was also COVID-19 recovered.

Both Texans avoided a hospitalization, a ventilator, and a possible demise. Inhaled Budesonide is a therapy safe for fragile Texans.

It has been studied and utilized for lung-related inflammation for over 20+ years and is safe enough for 2-pound infants in the NICU.

As I reviewed the efficacy of corticosteroids in other COVID-19 settings, I found that many of the nations that initiated a variation of my treatment also found incredible success.

For example, Taiwan, a nation of 24 million, treats early with a different inhaled corticosteroid and has had only had seven deaths over the duration of this pandemic.

Or consider Japan, who also treated with an inhaled corticosteroid. Although Japan’s demographics skew towards an older population, they have had only 977 deaths in a nation of 121 million. Likewise, consider South Korea with population of 50 million who recorded only 283 deaths using an inhaled corticosteroid. (see coronavirus.jhu.edu)

Finally, although the FDA does not have any approved medicines specifically for COVID19, they have approved Budesonide nebulizer therapy to treat other respiratory inflammatory disorders.

As such, inhaled Budesonide is an intuitive frontline defense for the COVID-19 outbreak. And best of all, it is easily rolled-out in primary care delivery settings in Texas.

Delayed treatment is not a valid health strategy for any disease including COVID-19.
