Bretar verða að greiða fyrir vind rafmagnið þótt þeir geti ekki notað það. Er ásóknin í að reisa vindorkuver á Íslandi vegna þess að fólkið á Íslandi á að tryggja greiðslu til vindorku verana fyrir mikið dýrara rafmagn en við fáum frá vatnsorku verunum?

Það virðist sem að Íslendingar verði að greiða fyrir rafmagnið frá vind orkuverunum þó við getum ekki notað það.

Ef engar flutningslínur fyrir rafmagnið eru til verðum við samt að greiða rafmagnið? 

Ef hæfilega mikill vindur og hámarks framleiðsla á rafmagni þá verðum við að greiða meira, þótt við getum ekki notað rafmagnið? 

Á fólkið á Íslandi að tryggja greiðslu til vindorku verana fyrir mikið dýrara rafmagn en við fáum frá vatnsorku verunum.
