The Pennsylvania Assembly charged a small interest on the paper currency it issued, and that financed the government. Á ríkiđ ađ eiga allt fjármagnsbókhaldiđ, og á ađ fjármagna Ríkiskassann, međ smá vöxtum á fjármagniđ frá bönkunum?
